I'll wait until they expand. Too many balls to juggle.

Nashville lost James Neal. If it's two more seasons out you might lose Simmonds or Voracek. At that point they may welcome the cap relief.

If they lost Morin next year I don't think they'd care. Doesn't seem like he fits in their plans. Too big and slow for this team they might be thinking.

I think it's too early to think he doesn't fit into their plans. He's not very slow but he is limited with the puck on his stick. He needs to be better with his outlets too, its the one thing that's really holding him back. He's utilizing his reach more and his skating is tremendous, I'm looking forward to him getting his shot, but I don't have expectations for him as a top 4 Dman in this league.

Do you play these Middle Earth games? They look pretty dope.

Also did you play Zero Dawn? Game was the tits

I played the first Shadow of Mordor a few years ago. 'Twas fun and the combat mechanics were sweet, Arkham like. Don't know if I'll get the new one, at least not anytime soon. Got enough games on my plate.

And no I didn't play Horizon Zero Dawn. I don't have a PS4 ya hooligan.

They'd care. I think Morin remains a big part of this teams future.
- MJL

I agree. No way he is not part of their future. This is the type of Dman that puts you over the top, imo.
A massive, intimidating, crease clearing presence is welcome in any team across the NHL..... except nashville

I think he should be on the team now so it's not me. It's pretty obvious they went with speed over size and defense this season so far.

I don't see any reason to believe that as of right now he's not in their plans.

I'm trying to find a justifiable reason the kid isn't playing. Of course, Sanheim is on his way to being scratched in 3 out of 6 games if practice today is any indication.

I don't know what the hell they're thinking.

I wish someone would tell us. I'm guessing at this point.

And Philly... They have one who's NHL ready and he's in Lehigh.

I don't know why they cant tell us what they need to work on...what they're looking for these kids to do to round out their game. The culture in this sport it's like these things are guarded like the Manhattan project.

I guess I could see the appeal for people who aren't total badasses in real life like me.

Exactly what I'm worried about.

How many games do you get to these years?

The Flyers process of developing young players under Hextall is proven. I think it's time to give them the benefit of the doubt that they know what they're doing. We're in the first month of the season and it's a long season.

They've developed one/two in the last 30 years.

That's proven?

There are more that two on the current team. What are you talking about? Hextall hasn't been the GM for the last 30 years.

Hexy was not the GM for 30 years.
Since he has become the GM he has developed 4 or 5 maybe 6 D and a few on O side too TK-Leier and I will give him Laughton as his reclamation from scrap heap of bust-town.
