Deshairnais gets moved up for no reason, Buch rotating as 13th forward, Shattenkirk demoted to the 3rd pair. I'm not even kidding now. Av has no idea what he's doing . Just fire him now and get rid of Arniel and Ruff at the end of the year. This is such a stupid way to coach and draw up lines.

I did on twitter. I don’t get what he is doing. Maybe certain players are banged up, as Steve Ziipay mentions. But AV looks to be grasping at straws.

Nothing DD has done, other than winning a faceoff has warranted him getting more ice time yet here we are. Unless Buch is injured, he should never be anywhere near Carey, who's now also playing out of position in the middle, and Cracknell. While were on that topic, how does DeAngelo get on the top pair when 3 games ago he was the 7th D and spent the next 2 in the press box. Just an ass backwards way to coach.

Probably, I can't tell anymore.
I thought you were shaking your head at me as if I were trying to stir the pot. - tomburton99
Wondering if AV is trying to get fired. Seriously, 1 line has stayed together for more than 1 game so far. As far as Desharnais, I'm guessing the last name has something to do with AV's love.
How does that old saying go? If you can't say something nice, shut the f#ck up.
I've generally left you alone with your unintelligible comments, but right now I don't care whether you're handicapped, stoned, ESL or 11 years old. Jan provides us with steady, level-headed and timely insight into what is going on with the Rangers and perhaps more importantly, a forum on which to share our view points and engage with others who share our excitement for all things NYR.
If you just want to make your self feel superior by taking cheap shots at someone, grow a pair of balls and go outside and do it in person instead of from the safety of your keyboard, because no one here wants to hear it.

Not understanding Dundee's shots at Jan either. I'm hoping he is just bored and amusing himself?
The blog is Jan's comments and viewpoints, then we have a bunch of others who comment with their own viewpoints. If everyone agreed, THEN there would be a problem. Its ok to have differing viewpoints, but you can express them and have a civil discussion as opposed to accusing someone of a conspiracy.
Due to changes at work I dont get to come around as much as I used to but man it's bittersweet to see that I'm not alone with what I see watching these games.
To be fair the results so far are exactly what I expected when Stepan was dealt for a pick that was not turned into an upgrade in a forward spot. You guys know I love Carl Hagelin but you can't have 12 of them and we do. Not one true goal scorer in the bunch. (Let's be honest Nash isn't a true scorer anymore than Jagr at this point)
I wouldn't be taking AV to task for the results except for 2 things: We are still talking about effort level after all these years and his line shuffling seems to come from a magic 8 ball. He looks like a guy who has run out of answers for everything.
I just hope that at some point if this continues a decisive move is made. Go all in or go full rebuild. This halfway house isn't working.
I agree with the vast majority of comments on line shuffling, efforts level, etc. I do want to add one thing, however. The Rangers have lost a very sizeable chunk of their leadership group over the past couple of years -- guys who were very successful in the sweater. When a team starts spiraling, someone needs to take that room by the balls and I am not sure I see who is going to do that right now, either through being a vocal leader or a leader by example type on the ice.

Good point Pete.
I think Staal should step up. He got pissed over the summer about comments he was "done" and has now played pretty damn well. Take some of that anger and use it in the locker room too.
