I had hope for the new coach to come in and change things. They didn't chose the coach I wanted. Oh well. Tank seems to be on. Maybe this year they can draft at 4 instead of 5.

Why are we caring if the team sucks? Isn't that what we want? How come we're pissed that the team is going to end up failing to a top 5 pick (even if that's not the team's stated goal (or plan for that matter). So what if the PP sucks, and the Sedins are ineffective, it's not like we didn't expect this.

I really would like to see the comments here if the Canucks ever did manage to win a Stanley Cup, would we still complain if we didn't win the Cup going 16-0 in the playoffs? It's game 4 FFS, TG is experimenting with his lineup and trying to see what he has before he settles on what he considers to be his best lineup/matchups/TOI.

Some days I wonder if this city and fans even deserve to have a pro team here.

Ya they imo didn't think they'd be that bad for that long. In the end they got what they wanted but it took a little luck. Toronto had luck as well. Hopefully the Canucks are in line for theirs.

A total lack of direction with Benning though. I like that they end up where I want them to, but, it's ugly how they get there!

There's no way Horvat Baertschi and Boeser shouldn't be the highest minute forwards, no way, at 5 vs 5 and PP.

Baertschi sucks

They choses lines, match ups, Goalies. PP units, PK units. Systems. This line up is capable of more.

I see nothing different then last season with WD and the other guy. Half a dozen new players. Same problems.

Agree should do more. Don't think it helped being down a "key" player each game. But systems are completely different. Games are more entertaining even though there are issues.

PP is still a big problem. Talent big part of it. NB was supposed to help change that with new players. TG will shoulder blame you are right he's the HC. Still tinkering I suppose. Only move that has worked for line up was bringing in BB.

The lines are not clicking for some reason except for hate to say it Sedins. But because they are and take more icetime it makes them and all others worse in effect.

Add in goalie factor which has been weird and not stellar. When it happens as you see with other teams they get beat. But at least no blow outs yet.
