Lets see - someone is suggesting that the Avs will trade for an inconsistent forward who has worn out his welcome with 2 coaches in the process of 6-8 months and a defensive prospect with a broken foot and there's questions about his foot speed.
And aside from trading by far the best player in the deal they'll also give away a draft pick too.

Avs still want a stud defenseman. With the emergence of Yakupov, Compher, Rantanen , Andrighetto , Kerfoot and Jost all in support of Duchene, MacKinnon and Landeskog ...Avs offence is looking very good. Galcheniuk is not very attractive for this team.

Seems like a reasonable trade to be honest. I know it's always in fashion to argue someone is getting fleeced, with homers always going on about how lopsided this would be for the other team...
...but given that there are some on the board saying Avs would win, and others saying Habs would win, the truth is usually somewhere in the middle. |
