I agree. It was done emotionally and unless you know for certain that it is offsides, take the faceoff and play for OT. Even getting a point out of tonight would've been huge.

To go from 3-1 to 2-2 because of an idiot behind the bench..plain and simple. A minor hockey coach would know better then to challenge that.

Yeah that new video challenge rule change is new to me. Why punish a team for challenging a play. I don't get the point. The NHL sure knows how to screw itself over.

Looked off to me. Hak went to preserve the lead, going for the win. Hell, it was poop luck that the Preds got a 2 man advantage with just under 3 left in the game. Whole thing fell apart there at the end.

I have watched hockey for nearly 40 years, and I can honestly say this is one of the most brutal losses I can remember -- I don't blame the guys who took the penalties. Those happen, and they are calling it close this season

They didn't even have offsides review until last year, and it wasn't a penalty until this year, so even that wasn't the killer

It's the combination of all of it, where they played well enough to win, should have gotten at least a point, and somehow wind up with nothing -- (frank). I don't remember another one like this
