I feel as if there is a reason why the entire NHL doesn't do a lot of the things that is mentioned on here. Most even above average fans don't know what it takes to be in the NHL. Never will. I make a serious attempt to listen to what people in and around the game are saying. Then when someone like Ferraro makes a point and people take it way out of context because they don't know what he is actually talking about. Lead's to things like a petition for Eddie Lack.

I like Ferraro much more than most of em out there.
His career & the adjustments he had to make r somewhat similar to TG.
He played hockey & talks hockey rather than others who speak at the fans as know it all crap disturbing pundits such as Pratt Simmonds & many others.

Bob Mac John Shannon Friedman r pretty much the best of the non hockey ppl.

Rebuilds aren't popular.

They are also not done over night. For lots, that is just tragic. Management is preaching patience with the fans. By twitter today I'm guessing that some fans didn't get the patience memo.
