You have to give props to DD , he got under peoples skin. That is how I remembered him against Sid in the playoffs. When you haven't seen him in a year you forget how effective he can be

People questioned why he is in the line up. Pretty sure it was Nuck4U.

You must have missed this post first few minutes of game

Yesterday @ 10:40 PM ET
That was a great forecheck and play by DD. He's proving he earned the start.

TG knows his stuff on matchups.

Didn't see the haters #tankers aka #knowitalls after their rant posts against Marky, TG, Canucks post eat them acknowledgements of their misplaced hubris.

It's weird to me that Edmonton uses Caguila and Russel on the PP.
Shouldn't they have better options?

- dbot

Yes we should... But don't.

He was gone for almost the entire game. It was a pretty sweet stroll down memory lane.

Apparently there should be a police report submitted after this game due to Draisaitl being mugged so many times..........................by Dorsett. (listening to the Oil radio feed)

TG had a game plan it's a different thing after years of misplaced coaching. More so he has the Canucks not just working hard but playing aggressive and with pace. Takes what talent they do have and applies it to compete better.

If you state all sides, of all opinions, all the time, then you can't be wrong.

Yeah we should trade him to one. He could actually get a decent return.

They do, but those other options weren't working. Sloppy play across the roster and getting some tough bounces. The Nucks had some active and well-placed sticks all night, though and Markstrom really earned that win.

RNH is only 24

(frank) the Oilers are gonna be good for a long time.

He will be traded by our idiot gm next summer before McD's new contract kicks in.

I had one comment about preferred BB over DD but see that TG has a matchup going.

Stay out of it wasn't directed at you.

In fact I think you probably are pleasantly surprised TG doesn't have the old and slow guys front and center.

I am and why I stayed off to watch the fastest paced and most intelligent game plan played by the Canucks in years. There was so much going on there.
Granlund's development is very impressive. Does it all and no mistakes.

Note, my retort was for manvan trying to call me out after page after page of rants and negativity by others. Where I actually posted the opposite from start of game.

Good observation. Which is why I'd rather have BB's firepower weapon in use to counter high scoring Oilers. Prefer that to dressing the can't intimidate or fight effectively DD. But maybe best DD get his real game situation to get slaughtered by Maroon, slammed by Lucic and Kassian. Then TG can have the ammo to break through the vet code barrier and say sorry your game doesn't cut it anymore take a seat.

Your back up tender sure made some timely saves. Kept the score down.

I wish it counted ... he'd have more goals then my entire line up lol. ...dam waivers takes too long. That's not fair to you though he should have counted for you until he passed over.
