No I don't think that they should be waived.

I don't even care that BB is sitting . I did care that JV was sitting. Brock though has outplayed Burmistrov Dorsett Danny

Who cares? Boeser will get his time, Green has a plan

And I honestly think the team would be better served to have Virtanen and Boeser in the AHL for the year and to have those vets up here instead. With Boeser/Virtanen, the Comets could actually contend for the Calder Cup while the Canucks toil the season and try and be semi-respectable and fail.

Might be the best thing for them . They can develop and Canucks can contend for the cup

Perhaps, I’ll personally wait 10 games before I decide what’s best for them and the team. I am leaning towards Boeser being in the minors to work on skating and conditioning while Virtanen stays with the team

Greens plan so far looks very similar to Willies plan. Anyways lets see how the first month goes

Willie is the biggest idiot to step behind the Canucks bench. Green is at least intelligent. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for the first month as well

If McDavid is playing against the Sedins and Vanek they'd better make sure to install a new light behind each net, my God that kid is fast and he's gonna get a lot of points against those old balls

Wow, Twitter is freaking out about Boeser sitting tonight.

It makes complete sense to me. He had a blank stat line in the preseason game against Edmonton last week - with 2:49 of power-play time. And he faded in general during the later stages of preseason.

With his skating being the weakest part of his game, I don't think Edmonton is a good matchup for him. Jake's way better suited to play against the Oilers.

Brock will get his chance soon enough.

- Carol Schram

The best part of Boeser's game is his ability to slow the game down. Keep the puck from McDavid and he won't be able to reach top speed.

I never liked the signing. I settled and am going to allow him to learn. He does need to make strides and not fall into the same trap that WD did.

Boeser will get his chance, again, I see both Virtanen and Boeser being rotated in and out of the lineup so that they can get more practice time to work on things they need to, to be NHL regulars instead of being sent down to the AHL and Utica having more issues to deal with via ice time/veteran status. It's not going to hurt either's development at this point.

Brock played mediocre at best in the final 2 pre-season games and had never come close to an 82 game season, not a big deal.
It would be nice if many of these vets were gone and these players didn't need to be insulated as much, but exciting and entertaining hockey will take place next season....I hope.

I had him last year with the first pick and traded him away once I realized I needed more depth. He's gonna be good for you this year!

I forgot about this. So would Gagner break Kassian's jaw this time?
- Coilers

Wouldn't matter. Kassian is so high he wouldn't notice.

I don't remember who I all traded him for but one of them was Marchand and their collective point totals far surpassed McDavid. But you drafted a better team than I did so you should be fine.
