I don't like our Coach at all. Filppula has offered nothing to the top PP unit and doesn't justify in anyway being moved up into the top six, even though I'm excited to see Patrick and Konecny together. Morin sitting again doesn't make sense, especially how he striked me as more NHL ready than Hagg and Sanheim. While Elliot is holding up well, if I knew Elliot had a bad history with the Ducks, Elliot would have played the first two games and Neuvirth this one.

Just a lack of urgency in puck protection. It's 3 in 4 and they aren't robots, but i hate when they are loose with the puck, don't come back hard to help the defense break out when they clearly see a hard forecheck

So many turnovers, but I also noticed a lot of bad luck. I mean look at that bouncing fluttering puck skipping back to Ghost...swing and a miss....then he had the puck in front of him, bodying up the Duck, and he misses the puck like 3 times before he took that slashing penalty.

Some weird bounces in the Ducks' favor that period. Not making excuses, just saying I could see them not making as many turnovers as we play on

I hope so -- Elliott is giving them enough saves so far. He's actually been among the better goalies i have seen the first few days

Is it his system that we play an umbrella/triangle/perimiter style offense in the offensive zones? I mean you watch this team play, everything is to the outside, play the boards, bank a pass to the d men who get their shots blocked..spit rinse and repeat.
