All for one pass is back this year. If you sign up, you'll get text alerts the day before/day of a game if the box office has unsold tickets.

You can only buy 1 ticket if you do this and you don't know where you're sitting exactly, but you can select lower level or upper level and the prices are great.

Usually it's $70 for upper level and $95 for lower level...sometimes more if there aren't many tickets left. But the home opener is available for $95 for lower level tickets. My coworker bought a ticket through it yesterday and he's sitting center ice 6 rows from the glass for $95 for the opener which is just crazy cheap. Cheapest ticket on StubHub is $130 for the 400 section.

So you think it's a good idea to have David Desharnais on the power play over Filip Chytil and Kevin Hayes?

DD had a grand total of 2 power play points last year.

I won't say that I expected to see DD on the PP. (Hehehe!), but I have read a couple times lately that his passing is his greatest asset. So, in that light, it makes some sense. Plus, and this one is key here, they haven't even played a single (frank)ing game yet. Think about how much tinkering there will be with the power play this season. I am not about to get worked up over it today.

It feels like an eternity waiting for the game tonight. Imagine they lose to the worst team from last year? Social media will be in a full swing. Can't wait.

Don't think anyone is getting worked up. Just discussing things before the game. I personally think its a dumb move just like Vesey on the 4th and Skjei no PP. I also agree I don't think these things will last.

Watch Chytil scores two shorties tonight.

10 home games this month, only 3 on the road

they really need to win 8 of these 13 October games or AV's gonna be feelin' heat quick

I hope Ruff is the coach after 10 games. I am already in mid season form.

that being said though, I think the Rangers very well could start out very strong. I am not pessimistic about them having a tough October at all. I think they could come out blazin'

I haven't looked at the schedule. I know a lot of home games, but haven't looked who we are playing.

I think the only game I looked for was when G comes back to the Garden and I think its at the very end of the year.
