I'm not gonna sugar coat it. Ugly win. The Sharks in mid season for kick our butts nine out of ten times in a game like that but...we won.
Brandon Manning though, he let the forwards get behind him a few times. Weise had no business being on a PK for two seconds. Bad player, bad coaching.
On the plus side of things. I loved watching Patrick do all the little things right. Konecny' speed. Simmonds and Voracek getting into an early hot start. Giroux getting the first goal out of the way. Fun team to watch so far.
I'm still very much concerned with goaltending. - SuperSchennBros
Would love to see Hak have the guts to swap in Morin for Manning tonight, but I'm not holding my breath. |

Everyone's favorite whipping boy(Manning)did have somewhat of a tough first period, but I thought he settled down and looked much better in the second and third. He only made one glaring mistake the final two and did a nice job on the PK.
I fully expect him to be scratched tonight for Morin or Sanheim, so everyone can be happy. However, it's amazing to read the comments when one of the other D make a mistake versus when Mandog makes one. Just need to even things out a bit. |

I fell asleep before opening puck drop lol.
I wonder how the Flyers in midseason form would play?
Hopefully that includes Patrick settled in, Morin and Sanheim in the lineup, and Lindblom in for Leier or Weise. |

Leier played very well. the combo of Leier-Laughton-Raffl looks like the perfect energy line. I am not messing with that. |
