We'll see how it plays out..
If it doesn't go ahead and throw it back at me, but I think they'll make it.. they're very good skaters and seem to be a step ahead of the others |

Fair enough . Salary cap will get in the way of both. Leafs are in a weird spot. |

I have to agree with the pig that Brown is nothing special.
He's a nice player to have on your team - his biggest added value is his pk abilities and ok defensive capabilities.
+ he seems like a good team guy - balanced person; something which goes along way with this management.
He doesn't write childrens' books though, so never will be in top6.

I think Borgman has strong chance to be on the team when the puck drops for real.
Carrick has to step it up if he wants to play but might be in the 7th d spot.
Rielly Hainsey
Gardner Zaitsev
Rossen Borgman

You did no such thing.
You said he was overrated, and several people posted "results" that say otherwise. You mentioned something about Matthews (who has nothing to do with brown), and when questioned about what Matthews has to do with brown you mention management thinks higher of hyman than brown (no proof of that). "Mangement thinks ore of hyman than brown" isn't backing up poop with results when questioned about what Matthews has to do with brown supposedly being overrated.

Dermott? Probably.
He's (and the others as well) still got 3 games left to make an impression. So far what I've seen from rookie camp and training camp scrimmage and the first preseason game he's ready. It'll come down to who of these 3 does the best in these last preseason games . |

I almost think they will give him 7th because he's been here for a bit and seems to be well liked. |

But not if he's not ready...hes not fully practising and not yet playing in games (his choice).
I think that that he asked for this to come here, and not the leafs seeking him out is telling. Also seems weird that he's refusing to play games yet/scrimmage. Doesn't seem like he's sure he's ready yet. |
