im going to take one of these leafs witb my last pick in my pool. who should i take. my pick on que right now is Brown.

Brown for his overall skill talent and ability to play everywhere in the line up. not much pp time though and pp points count.

Bozak cause hes with marner and usually gets respectable point totals plus mucho pp points

Hyman....cause Matthews Nylander. also cause he could get good shp and really could increase his point totals playing with those two all year.

not sure if komo is taken but considered him. kadri and marleau are a couple of solis talents to be playing with. thought of the pims but figure theyll all probably get penalties frim face offs lol

Hyman "gets the puck back better than anyone else".

The 'takeaway' stat shows him 7th among forwards on the team. I know it's a stupid stat, but when Matthews and Nylander have twice as many, it does cast doubt on the idea that Hyman is digging out the puck for them.
Wouldn't the line be better with someone who didn't have Freddy Sjostrom hands?

It doesn't surprise me that Matthews has more, because he is a takeaway machine. The puck just sticks to him in traffic. I think with Hyman, where it doesn't show up on the stats is he is the guy who is in on the forecheck, digging the puck out. Matthews is stealing pucks all over the ice, but Hyman is really good on the forecheck.

This whole Hyman on the top line thing, it's just like how you had Dupuis playing with Crosby a lot. It's why the Penguins don't load up a line with Crosby, Malkin and Kessel. You don't need to have the three best players on a team on the same line, to make the best lineup.
