Actually I've been high on oxy!😲..amongst others things! 😎..but I did mention from the start,that Rosen has nhl speed and could possibly be our fastest dman? And Borgman played a more north American style,How that would translate onto the nhl ice and game was an unknown?However early results are positive,.. key word early! If they continue to grow who knows if they both grab the bottom pairing? ..I was hoping for Dermott (his to lose? ) to grab a spot and a outside choice via trade, supplying the other,..giving both Rosen and Borgman time to properly develope in the ahl.. but if their ready? .then all the better!

I knew it you are the Bass man for Mac Demarco hell of some shows in Europe lately

From the small amount I've seen of the Leafs D options, I'm warming up to the idea of both Rosen and Borgman taking spots from Marincin and Carrick. Keep Carrick or Polak as a 7th option and let Dermott play on the Marlies top pairing. If we have any injuries over the year, Dermott can maybe get a callup.

Of course, if the two imports look like crap in the rest of their preseason performances I reserve the right to completely 180 my position!

Seems Lupul is in damage control mode. I still think he was drunk when he made that first post, then he sobered up a bit and deleted it. Even if he has reason to be upset, sharing any problems between him and the Leafs with the world is not a good idea.

I dunno man. I don't really see how Lupul would possibly think it was a good idea to "joke" on social media that the Leafs "cheat" and suggest him failing his physical was due to the medical team falsifying data. That isn't very funny and obviously going to get attention.

I still like the theory he was drunk. Maybe there is a grain of truth to the whole thing, or maybe he was just embarrassed he failed it and was lying, but either way, afterwards he realized what a terrible idea it was and deleted it. Now he is in damage control (or lou has a gun to his head).
