They claim Madison Square Garden is the world's most famous arena when clearly the Roman Coliseum is. Plus it's not even at Madison Square. And it's round. And it's built in the 60's which doesn't exactly scream beautiful architecture and they destroyed Pennsylvania Station to build it.

Really, it's been a great rivalry and a lot of fun. 2012 was so great between the Torts v. Deboer puck drop fights and the Conference finals. Just good stuff. I'm hoping we improve so it can get spicy again.

pinnacle sports. They are the #1 for low margins, and allow wagers on virtually anything. 100% legit and publicly traded company on the stock exchange. They've never done me wrong and I swear i'm not paid to advertise this. haha just tired of the scheisters taking huge margins for themselves caught (bodog, olg, etc). sportsinteraction and bookmaker are good too, just don't offer preseason, or nearly as many props.

It isn't ranger fans as the reason for my dislike for the team... it's casual ranger fans. The majority of the people who wear suits to the game and have zero knowledge of their team or hockey in general but claim to be such "big ranger fans." It's those fake fans who give me such a distain for the team beyond rational rivalry. Living in Northern Jersey that is the majority of the people i run into.

So my best friend is a Ranger fan and when we were kids we go to get carvel between the second and third period. The guy trying to make our sundaes keeps screwing it up because the ice cream is melting too fast and dripping, falling over etc. after the 3rd try he says '(frank) this, I quit and walks out. My buddy turns to me and says 'thank his he's not an airline pilot.' We were laughing our asses off and a manager had to calm the guy down and help him thru it. Love Garden Carvel. B
