As an outsider and one who has run several successful leagues over the years.
When starting a league you must state from the get go that a league is a keeper league. End of story.
If you want to change it to a keeper league you have a vote now but the change happens after the following years draft.
I'm in 2 dynasty baseball leagues. One has been going on for 28 years and the other has been 27 years. Every year at the draft we propose new rules/changes. They get voted on and DO NOT become effective until the following season.

Tough, indeed. He's probably the 2nd best PK forward after O'Reilly on this team - jcragcrumple
Maybe. But O'Reilly, Kane, Larsson and Girgensons will get the majority of PK duties. Pommer should be kept fresh to produce points. Plus he plays a solid 2-way game so he spends a lot of energy already doing that. If he was 26 then I would say definitely, but his mins need to be between 14-16.

I'm pretty sure he had chemo too. Maybe not, but I thought so.
Edit: No, looks like just the surgery. He had cancer for 5 days. Well, he knew he had cancer for 5 days. Still scary, but it's nothing like going through surgery, chemo, and radiation for years.
