I don't like the false comparison about wieners. Since women are sexualized and men take power from them through objectification, if a women said that it would not be a big deal, nor should it.

The guys is just an unprofessional loser. Like, it wasn't even funny. It was crass and moronic. I don't think people are 'outraged' or even upset. I think they're more or less like 'hey Trump supporters, this is basically the best representation of you we have left.'

Bottom line, the guy is a loser and worse, wasn't funny.

boobs will always be funny tanner. always.

I believe in true equality, not double standards to try to over tilt the balance back the other direction. I think her kicking the guy off for being stupid was her right and the right thing to do... wrong forum for boob jokes. but then to shine the light on herself with op eds and interviews shows it is not beneath her to use that event to self-aggrandize herself.

You are the definition of media manipulated. They tell you to be upset and so you are.

The guy likes boobs. Who cares if it offends someone. I've seen someone get offended for being looked at wrong. Should it also be against the law to look people in the eyes?

As I said, I'm fine with it at times, but that made no sense and he was a douche about it. Total Richard move.

"PLUS: Jemele Hill for having the guts to tell the truth. Whether or not you agree with her, you should be happy that we live in a place - at least for now - where you can say what you think."

This editorial piece is based on opinion and not grounded in any factual evidence and therefore not backed up by any factual claim. Her comments are incendiary and nothing more. Your "assertion" that this is some kind of free speech is nothing more than yelling fire when there is none. Quite a low bar.

"Jemele Hill for having the guts to tell the truth. Whether or not you agree with her, you should be happy that we live in a place - at least for now - where you can say what you think."

So some sports commentator labels Trump and his whole administration as white supremacists without any supporting facts to back up her opinion and we're supposed to be impressed? She's basically just repeating the same accusations Trumps detractors have been trying to use ever since he became a political candidate. The only reason you think this is so great, James, is because it echoes your own beliefs, not because she is brave.

It's amusing how just about any conservative candidate seems to get labelled as sexist, bigoted, racist, etc. (every horrible label people can think of that is hard to disprove - if you are a white, public figure and someone calls you a racist, it is pretty tough to disprove), and even people that simply speak out to defend them generally get the same accusations thrown at them - or they are just written off as stupid, uneducated, or gullible.
It makes things so much simpler when you can just ignore alternative views by claiming the moral high ground or dismissing detractors as stupid and uninformed.

There is no consensus. The Petition Project features over 31,000 scientists signing the petition stating "There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide will, in the forseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere ...". (Petition Project)

It's pointless to argue this. Climate change has become a religion.

The good news - anyone that doesn't believe in partly a human cause for global warming is dead in under 40 years or so. Younger folks, and newer generations aren't as driven by greed.

Good riddance.

3000+ scientists not funded by the United States government say it's BS, strangely 97% who are funded by the US government say it's a reality.....go figure

Human aided global warming that is, climate change has been happening for billions of years.

This is true unfortunately. Half of writing history is hiding the truth….the religious sect certainly knows about this. The climate change hoax has grown out of control but it's a great way for govt's to 'legalize' taxation in any way, shape or form.

How long will it take Dylan Strome to be the #1 centre ahead of Stepan?
