Honestly, it doesn't surprise me with Lameriello. He's been playing fast and loose with this type of stuff for years, and they league has never whacked him (at least without rescinding their punishment).

It's really really bad if Lupul is healthy and wants to play and they purposely fail him. The Clarkson ish is sketchy as well, but to deny a player who is healthy enough to play is next level...
