It only takes 30 minutes and tools you can buy for about $20. You can get much better oil than they ever give you in the shop.

I call bullpoop. That's a factory defect. In 2 years, unless you're a traveling salesman who puts 100,000 miles a year on your car, you couldn't drive enough to break a new engine by not changing the oil enough especially if there were, at minimum, 4 oil changes in that time period. Which seem high to begin with.

Yeah, it's gotta just be the US and Canada probably. Germans especially love their manuals. I only saw 1 automatic when I was there, and it was a Suburban that was clearly an import. You have to be able to drive stick to pass the road test.

When you master a diet that gets you through a half iron man at 203 pounds, then I'll begin to listen to you.

PS - it's not a 300 calorie diet, its between 1900 and 2000. And it isn't a 600 calorie burn, it averages around 1300 a day.

The only thing that makes you lose weight is eating less calories than you burn. That's it. No pissing out your fruit along the way.
