yup. People are too worried about KJU, IMO.

He is without a doubt, an evil dictator... but his goal here isn't to nuke the US... it's to give the US enough reason not to attack him, and to make sure China keeps his country afloat... because the last thing they want on their border is a collapsing nuclear-capable state.

Lucic was signed the season after Philly gooned McDavid. If someone touches him, the entire opposing team will pay and they know it. Leafs need a better player and deterrent than Martin for sure - but standing around playing patty-cake after your star is gooned is not a team-builder for sure.

I agree with you, many of these young kids need a teacher to show them that way - standing together. Not sure Connor Brown is that guy. If Matthews gets a cheap shot. Stamkos, Hedman, Johnson and Kucherov get an extra whack and get hit hard every single time they touch the puck - and at each opportunity.

Yes but really inconsistent. Two really good years out of eight, and he will want big money. Not so sure he is worth it. Is he as good as Kessel? He probably wants $7-$8 million and - imo not worth it - probably Sakics opinion too.

Something happened. For sure. They have big money ownership, and are still having issues with the team. Moving out great young talent is not the way to build. JMO
