my favorite thing Francesca does now is that usually when there is usually one of those troll calls that wait a couple of hours to get through, he always reacts the same, he says he's been here for 25 years and it doesn't bother him he isn't going to acknowledge it at all and then somehow talks about it for like 5 minutes, every time.
