What is one more year then? I dont disagree the rebuild should have started sooner. You all cried for patience and development and not rushing, now the kids get a chance to beat out a veteran for a spot ir develop properly and fans still cry. Benning cant win. I dont like the LE signing any more than you do, but we have 5 more years so get over it man. Idiotic signing yes, but youre beating a dead horse

Boeser is the only prospect i consider ready or close to ready. Why are fans even bringing up the others. Juolevi isnt ready as far as D prospects either.

Im not disagreeing that the rebuild should have dtarted sooner. 99 percent of the vanbase wouldnt disagree. Unfortunetely we wasted a couple years staying competitive. Blame Benning and management for that 100%. It id what it is though. We have to start developing our kids eventually, why not start now.

How would you know if he's ready or not? Let him prove it at camp. Virtanen is more than ready to be a third line banger, cause that's all he'll ever be, at the nhl level. People waiting for him to produce some outstanding offensive numbers are wasting their time. He is what he is.

That is literally why benning signed free agents to 1 year ufa deals. Competition is never a bad thing, and neither is not rushing kids if they arent ready.

My idea is tearing down to minimum , drafting high picks, collecting other picks , a new style and a new ideology .

No it doesnt lol. Waivers and trades and press boxes are a thing. If you think Gaunce and chaput and burmistrov and weircoch are guaranteed spots because of their 1 way deals (i dont think Chaput or megna actually have 1 ways though) you are mistsken.

To edit. 7 teams in 4 years for vanek. Only thing veteran about him is his age and speed.
