Yes McDavid was hurt, so we're 10 Jets by the end of this year and they still went on a roll.

Both will be contenders for a long time IMO.

If I had to choose, I'd retract my statement that the Jets were the 2nd best team and I'd probably take McDavid, because he's McDavid. But I believe the Jets have the better team around Laine than the Oil do McD.

There's enough there to make me believe mason is a decent upgrade over what they had.

Even if he's slightly below average that will be miles ahead of the goaltending they've received in some time.
