If you have an opportunity this afternoon, would you mind going into league manager mode and finding out if Jack Eichel will take 9 million.?.

Pretty reasonable list.

I feel picks 2-6 are more up in the air than most people think though.

Panthers could surprise some people, they had some really bad injuries last year and have some great young players.

Sabres will likely be low on the list, but who knows how Eichel, Reinhart etc. do with a full season.

For a team with no good young prospects, our rookies looked pretty good this weekend.

Yep. And as we all know, the pre-season is an extremely accurate indicator of success

Chabot was also the best player of said tournament.

No, but for a team who has no young talent it's nice to see our rookies play well.

I mean it's not like our cupboards are bare. We have Chabot and white both coming up and some of our better forwards like Turris and Hoffman are not that old. We always have drafted well and as long as that keeps up I think we can stay competitive in the east. We haven't had a super team but we've always stayed competitive which is nice for Sens fans.

Pretty much every team has a few high end prospects like that.

Tried it...
This was the response:
Sorry. Jack has rejected your offer. He has stated that perm solution prices are on the rise and he will need to be compensated accordingly.

If Stamkos gets hurt again, the Habs and Leafs will be top 2 most likely. I could see the Sens taking a step back but I think that Boston misses this year.
