And, how our attendance was really high in the 70's, when we were god-awful? And how our worst-attended season we've had since the 80's was the year after we went to the Stanley Cup final?

its weird to say, but yes, finally. Gillis ruined the prospect cupboard, kind of like what Bergevin is doing to MTL. Its a slow process but we are finally accumulating some good kids.

Hence, the half empty stadium most of last year.

The team was giving out free tickets to large school groups in an attempt to create some semblance of an atmosphere for Christ sake.
