Here are the top-seven from the voting as of 10pm, August 28 in order:

MTL acquires Alexei Kovalev. NYR acquire Josef Balej & 2004 2nd round pick - 122 votes

CGY acquires Marc Savard, '99 1st rd pk/'00 3rd pk. NYR acquire #9 pk '99 (J. Lundmark), Jan Hlavac - 105 votes

ARI acquire Anthony Duclair, John Moore, 2015 2nd rd pk & 2016 1st rd pk. NYR acquires Keith Yandle - 95 votes

ANA acquires Carl Hagelin, 2015 2nd/6th rd pk. NYR acquires Emerson Etem & 2015 2nd rd pk (R Gropp) - 94 votes

EDM acquires Cam Talbot & 2015 7th rd pk. NYR acquire 2015 2nd/3rd (Zborovskiy)/7th rd (Huska) pk - 87 votes

CAR acquires Aleksei Saarela, 2017 2nd rd pick (Luke Martin), 2016 2nd rd pk. NYR acquires Eric Staal - 74 votes

Would love to understand how Zubov deal isn't top-five and maybe top-2 or 3?

Of the first 5, 2 of them had to be traded.

Agreed.
I don't even remember which five I selected, but the Zubov and Staal deals were 1 and 2, that's for certain.

Next years opening night lineup:
Kovalchuk - Tavares - Buchnevich
Kreider - Zibanejad - Zuccarello
Miller - Hayes - Vesey
Gettinger - Andersson - Fast

McDonagh - DeAngelo
Skjei - Shattenkirk
Berzegelov - Day

- rangerdanger94

The Commies can keep Kovalchuk. But of course you want him.

Couldn't agree more, Tom.
I would much rather see another, better team player, fall a little short of the production Kovalchuk could offer. Even well short. I've hated that wiener since his showboating against Canada at the World Juniors all those years ago.
No room on my team for someone who is only concerned with himself.

Couldn't afford Hags or Talbot. Not sure why the Yandle one is so high. Duclair can't score in the minors and John Moore is a 3rd pairing defenceman.

I don't hate him for what he did. But he'll be 35, with a bad back. He'll want multiple years on a contract, with a somewhat hefty cap hit. Nope.

Now Tavares is a different story. The Rangers wouldn't be able to offer 8 years 84 million. They can go 7 years and 77 million. Let Nash walk and try to move Staal with along with a 1st round pick. I'm all for that.

It'll be tough for the rangers to fit an 11mm cap hit. Not sure Tavares is realistic especially because I see him pulling a Parise and refusing to even entertain an offer from his former teams arch rival. Tavares is too much of a man of principle.

Probably one of the funniest parts of the movie. Well dinner with Tommy's mom too.

Funniest part for me was when Henry and Tommy come back form a bender and Henry is walking into the house and Karens mother is screaming at him... and Henry just laughs, turns around and goes back to the car where Tommy is mimicking the mother and the both laugh and drive off on another bender.

yaw fatha, he hasn't had a decent meal in three weeks!

Or how about when they're digging up Batts to move his body:

"I got an arm...I got a leg.....I GOT A WING!"

Another classic when they have to dig up Billy Batts

"I found a leg, I found a wing.."
