Its crazy isn't it? Just sit back and watch them grow organically and be damn happy about it. Its going to be must watch TV with so many youngsters

TV???? I'll be in the arena for almost every home game and am planning some road trips. It's going to be fun to watch.

Hindsight is 20/20 but that trade down opportunity is certainly one they should've taken advantage of. Can see why it didn't happen though. Fans would've felt cheated after the disastrous 2006/2007 seasons. 2007 is a draft to forget for them. Good to see them as one of the premier drafting organizations 10 years later.

Still my horse to make club out of camp.
He may shine so much there will be no denying him an opportunity.
My guess he is bigger, stronger faster after summer workouts rolling into camp.

I don't think so.

Yes, you do actually. Don't do this.

You need lenses that filter 100% UV rays, cameras do not do this

I have my glasses, my pinhole projector, and will be sitting on the beach ready for it to NOT become jight, because we're not in the totality, but I'll be excited to see the sun change to a crescent, it to feel like there's a cloud in front of it but there won't be, and ready for it to drop a few degrees. So, so ready.

All that you touch
And all that you see
All that you taste
All you feel
And all that you love
And all that you hate
All you distrust
All you save
And all that you give
And all that you deal
And all that you buy, beg, borrow, or steal
And all you create
And all you destroy
And all that you do
And all that you say
And all that you eat
And everyone you meet
And all that you slight
And everyone you fight
And all that is now
And all that is gone
And all that's to come
And everything under the sun is in tune
But the sun is eclipsed by the moon

If you turn your back on the sun, put your camera into selfie mode, and simply look at the image projected by the screen, you'll be fine.

If, on the other hand, you look at an object that will simply reflect the light back at you...well, then not so much.

I've done tech support from DOS through Windows 10. I'm so glad I don't have that job anymore.

Oh ish, didn't even think of the selfie mode. Nice call.

Eye was envisioning someone giving into peer pressure and looking directly at the sun like you're taking a snapshot. That's no good

Who are the key players that you feel are way past their prime? Most of the guys that fit this description, IMO, are guys that are role players like Filppula and Read. I guess you could throw Elliot in that group though 32 isn't really that old for a goalie. I would say that Giroux is likely heading into the downside of his career, but at 29, I'd hardly call him way past his prime.

You are correct in pointing out that they will have a lot of inexperienced guys on the roster, but I think that is unavoidable and simply part of the build from within process. No one expects them to compete for a Cup this year and the kids need to play at some point.

In regards to a soph slump, it could happen to anyone, but if there is any guy who will likely avoid it, it would be Provorov. His hockey sense and dedication to the game and fitness make me confident that he will only be a better player in his 2nd year.

- BiggE

Simmonds - prime years
Voracek - prime years
Konecny - rising star
Provorov - rising star
Gostisbehere - rising star

Giroux - declining
Filppula - declining
Read - declining
Raffl - declining
Elliot - declining
Lehtera - Who knows what the (frank)

Couturier - inconsistent

Neuvirth - injury prone

Gudas - good/overrated by fans

Patrick - Rising star/inexperienced/injury prone
Lindblom - inexperienced
Morin - inexperienced
Sanheim - inexperienced
Hagg - inexperienced

MacDonald - Not Good
Weise - Not Good
Laughton - Not Good

Weal - Nobody knows

A lot of question marks with this team and things can go either way. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong but I expect bumps and bruises and for this team to be as frustrating as any.
