Penguins will have the last chance to take anyone on waivers. I doubt anyone who would fit as Pittsburgh's 4C would make it to them.

True... I'm not a cap expert on all 31 teams, but I doubt most could add a player without removing salary. Also, current roster size is another issue. Do they have room to add a player without putting someone else on waivers? I think it's a possibility, depending who Vegas waives. Again, not going to be the most coveted guy, but likely better than carter rowney.

Sign jagr trade hornqvist for a center. I am having a lot of trouble figuring out how we fix the center depth without loving someone well valued now.
