Honestly if one of the leading candidates just mentioned that they would go to great lengths to improve the website, they would win by a landslide.

*of course once in ref office, due to lack of funding, political setbacks and no real progress to improve the site in general it would simply fall onto the next candidate hoping to take ref office.

That friday is the blackest of them all. the blackest. Our stampedes are incredible. truly incredible. When you have a 400lb woman driving over another man in a motor scooter at a walmart to get 25% off a tv that was marked up 30% for that day there really is just nothing more american than that. nothing more american. it's fantastic

Are you one of those New Englanders for whom Thanksgiving is a bigger deal than Christmas?

I used to think that was kinda weird, but I've become incredibly put off by the commercialism of Christmas the past few years. Between my wife (who spoils my kids on Christmas - and the other 364 days of the year), grandparents, aunts and uncles, my kids get buried by crap they don't need or want every year.

And at the end of it all, I always ask, "what was your favourite part of Christmas this year?" They always answer, "spending time with our cousins."

Thanksgiving here in the Great White North is a day off with turkey. It's quite underwhelming.

I'd love it if we could make it a little more like your Thanksgiving.

Technically, it's a .gif file. But you mean an animated .gif. I can be the savviest tech guy if I want to be. But we all know gif's use more resources to display and can impact the user experience and page load times so I have refrained from using a gif avatar.
