Except when they do these top 5 things at forward and defense. Pacioretty and Weber get lots of love and the Rangers get nothing. And the reason is always "well the Rangers are all Lundqvist". Except when they rank the goalies.

Pretty massive inferiority complex you've got going.

Why do you think the Rangers beat the Habs in the playoffs. What's your analysis. Rangers have an overrated captain. An over the hill goalie. No good forwards.

I'd rather a 2 time CUP winner, but that's just me - oh no, are we going down the 'have to win a cup to be good', road again??? Can't be, both Price & Lundqvist are being discussed!!

stop it with the facts, my mommy and the media tell me price is the best even with a losing playoff record and no cups

Tomorrows Hotstove; Cup winning greatest players compared to NON cup winning greatest players - who is better?

(That's really a rhetorical question as everyone knows Johnno Toews is the best because he has;

1200 cups
120 Con Smythe
133000 Olympic gold medals
13435 Boy Scout best overall badges
6 wives
3456789 World Cup golds

Let's not talk about the fact that Lundqvist completely outperformed Price in the first round last year and has beaten Holtby 3 times in the playoffs.

All while having Dan Girardi in front of him who literally made all of his teammates melt right before his eyes every time he stepped on the ice.

While I have a deep dislike for the Rangers, I've always been a fan of Lundqvist so this next comment isn't some stupid Ranger-hate.

When Hank is on top of his game I don't think anyone comes close to what he can do, but those moments have been anything but consistent the last two years.

I don't think he's a top-give goalie in the East let alone the league anymore, but he's not far out of it.

Guys like Price, Schneider and Holtby have been far more consistent. I'm hesitant to even through Bobrovsky up there. He was unreal this past season, but he's been so incredibly inconsistent throughout his career.

Okay now let's factor in he is getting old, and we are talking about the present.

Someone could post a blog about how good the Rangers are and jimbro would still cry that they're not receiving enough credit for how good they really are.

Who gave a fckn 8-year old an account for this site?

Craig Anderson would like a word....and while he has your attention perhaps a sniff from Team USA once n a while.

Don't forget to factor in the staff of Walmart greeters that Melnyk puts in front of him.

In 2013 playoffs. Washington vs Rangers, Holtby vs Lundqvist. Capitals lead series 3 games to 2. Lundqvist posts back to back shutouts over Capitals in games 6 and 7. Holtby gives up 5 goals at home in game 7. I love that story.

Congratulations.
