Yup.

I agree with alot of what you are saying. The basketball crowd is a much younger crowd (at games) than the Leafs crowd. Personally, I couldn't give a sh!t about basketball. Two things about NBA make is uninteresting as a sport for me - despite the fact that there are great athletes in the NBA.

1) The refs are pure sh!t - a couple of years ago a prominent NBA ref went to prison for gambling - betting on games where he was officiating. That's as crooked as it can get. The missed calls, phantome calls are obscene.
2) You only have to watch the last two minutes of the game, rest is a mostly filler. And if a team is losing in the dying moments, they can punch the best player on the other team in the mouth and hope they miss the free throw to get possesion and improve their chance to win.

Baseball is an interesting sport for me, the umpire antics are bullsh!t but fans are still fans - not necessarily the most objective lot. Self included.
