I heard a rumor she was born in Toronto and moved to Australia when she was four, but came back to Canada regularly to visit, and during one of her visits in 2015 they met and became friends. They met up again in November 2016 and started discussing her potentially moving to Canada permanently, which she did in January 2017. They got engaged shortly after, and will be married in the next couple of months. And yes, she is a total smoke-show (E5).
