The only comparison I see,is their rookie season. I feel Nurse will be better defensively,but the jury is still out,offensively. I'd like to see him get some power play time,while Sekera is out,and go from there.

He will have upward pressure coming,as the organization has some pretty decent prospects chomping at the bit. Hopefully with some proper grooming,and internal competition,brings out the best in this player.

Think the tools no toolbox comments about Nurse are slightly overblown but at the same time he has not shown well to date against quality competition.

I imagine it's a safe bet Nurse will become at least a solid #4 type. Just not sure if it will be with this team.

If he excells while Sekera is gone to start next year once Sekera comes back there is no where in the top four to play AND he will probably want more money than we can give him.

Him and Benning long term are fighting for that last spot in the top 4. Since Nurse is a lefty that can't play the right side he has limited opportunities here.
