What information or proof is out there to show that "Lou Lamoriello has always liked Francois Beauchemin"?

To the best of my knowledge Beauchemin has never played for a Lamoriello team, and Lou has never traded for him? It is my understanding that LL doesn't let anything leak from his camp. So how is it that you claim to know this?
