The originally post was about Filppula, so I responded accordingly. Somehow BiggE got it in his head I meant Patrick, who nobody is either post named.

Now before Filppula got here, I didn't watch him much in Tampa but I assume he replaced Vinny at center. Which means if he ever played LW, it was a million years ago in Detroit.

Boruk is a pretty boy ex-below average college baseball player who never heard of hockey before his job a CSN. And Sarah has been a player and fan all of her life. So yeah, can't understand what he had to be threatened about.

Now to the subject at hand: Gostisbehere, Matt Read or Scott Laughton, Felix Sandstrom and a 2019 third round pick for Matt Duchene. Problem Solved.

Because he would instantly be their best center. And he is young enough to still be around when the prospects mature. And they get to dump some players who people think have value but really don't.

This reply shows how poorly you have thought this out. You claim they can dump some players who don't have value yet think that they can trade those players with no value in a deal for Duchene. Duchene is 26 and carries a hefty cap hit. They have no need for Duchene. It would be a terrible move and there is little chance of Hextall making it. Maybe if they would be willing to trade Giroux, but that is not likely.
