Only problem is the Central division just became the toughest division in hockey with all the off season moves. Yes the Jets will be a much improved team but so will Dallas and Nashville. Chicago took a small step backwards but still has a very tough team, same with St. Louis. Minny also looked very strong until the playoff came along. The only wallflower is Colorado. If I were to make a prediction for 2018 it might look like this ( with some slight home bias of course)

3) Winnipeg
4) Chicago (wild card)
5 ) St. Louis (wild card)

I hope so but quite frankly Nashville will be even stronger this year so they will be the ones to beat. I could probably coin flip the positions of the other four teams that I predicted to make it to the playoffs. So many one goal games these days.
