Well I guess everyone sees things in their own perspective.
Kane Turris Gagner - young vets in prime years with speed skill grit, No thanks no way to Kane, I know you've mentioned him in several posts as an acquisition,
Granlund Sutter Goldy - Balance of playmaking, speed, shooters, twoway Goldobin and twoway don't belong in the same sentence, unless it's with Tryamkins wife,
Tree Tanev - Dynamite pair. Shot suppression RHD unleashes LHD beast Not sure what the descriptor means, Tryamkin is a spoiled child glad he's gone.

How dare you put that horrific excuse of a player into our lineup, let alone our FUTURE line up! shame on you sir.....

Wesley Myron has a better shot at that slot than BG, or did you mean Cameron Gaunce????

I don't care how many times it's written, goldy or guddy or granny, I think it's childish, lazy and disrespectful and I will continue to write their proper surnames to the best of my ability.

I used to get Whites and Whiter, never Whitey. It was embarrassing either way

I DJed the Psychedelic Furs show last night at the Commodore. It was awesome!

First show of this leg of the tour—they sounded good and for an older new wave band, they still looked the part without being caricatures. And they have a sax player!

I was a fan back in the day. My first time seeing them live and they exceeded my expectations.

Awesome.
Say them at the Commodore with Flock of seagulls like 12-15 years ago. Good memories.

My wife wanted to see that show! Last show at the Commodore for us was either Black Mountain or the Drive-By Truckers.

The best show I ever saw there was the first time The Pogues played there and Joe Strummer filled in as their guitar player!!!

- Marwood

Seeing Joe Strummer and the Mescaloros is in my personal top 5 all time shows.
Got to see the Pogues at the commodore too.

Love Black Mtn too. Solid band. Even better people.

Future's
Dahlen Pettersson Boeser
Virtanen Horvat Lind
Gadjovich Gaudette Lockwood
Gaunce MacEwen Labate

Carcone
Goldobin

Have to say if this is the line up in a couple years. I'd be excited.

- manvanfan

If that's the lineup in a couple years and virtually all of our prospects including 2nd and 3rd round picks are playing in the bigs then JB should have a statue built out front of the arena, cuz he's a certified genius.

I dunno, I am still not a fan. Hockey nicknames in general are awful, so having it brought up more often is painful to me. Like when the Canuck locker room nicknames were leaked and people started referring to Bieksa as Juice, Edler as Eagle, Hansen as Honey Badger etc. just cringe worthy to hear people outside the circle say those names
- WhiteLie

i feel sorry for you. lighten up. its PR. allows fans to feel more connected.

and also for most of us who play some type of sport at whatever level, its a part of the on/off field culture. so its nice to have a little playtime with it to once again feel more connected to the players

Crazy to think that most of those players look to have a pretty good shot at making the NHL in some capacity in the future.

Left a lot of drafted/ signed players off of the list too.

projected rosters always look good. they never end up happening though.

where's shink? schroeder? Jensen? cassels? blah blah etc

i dont disagree our prospects are higher calibre now, but everyone still gets ahead of themselves

All I can say is thank god you have nothing to do with the team,

Tryamkin is an underachieving player that deserves to be shafted by KHL

Goldobin is a one dimensional player, wouldn't know how to back check even if Sutter ran into him while back checking, although he will look good in Utica.

Kane will be in prison soon...a buffalo prison because nobody will be stupid enough to acquire him...well almost nobody.

And did you read a trendy article talking about pick and flip and pump and dump, because you are the only one that seems to think it's a cool catchy phrase.

- Makita

This is true. Turris is also a complete liability on defence, always has been. I would prefer Kane to Turris, he's an above average offensive center who sucks in faceoffs and defensively. Pass.

A lot of the prospects had major holes in their games, most never got over them. Seems that most of the players that JB has picked have a better all around game in junior.

The ones he picked prior to the year's draft or just this year?

Demko is probably the closest thing to a slam dunk so far but goalies are voodoo and we won't know for another 5 years. I know someone will bring up Boeser but I need to see more before I label him the top line talent that some project him as.

Virtanen, McCann, Tryamkin, Forsling, Demko all were considered great picks and now we have a fatty, a entitled ass, a baby, and nothing.
