He was projected to be a top 5 pick but his stock dropped because had mono. From where the Leafs drafted him, he's a steal. I know that's hard to hear as a Habs fan. Ek says you're in on Duchene. Best of luck with that.

Disagree. Liljegrin was a solid pick not a steal. He will end up as a good top 4 D.
Picking Rasmussen idk about that either. Holland must really luv him.
Prolly was BPA & need was a C but the draft was not deep either to pick RHD.
My guess was Mittelstadt was his guy but like i said a guess.

Poor Franson the guy needs to put in a great summer of skating, and work with a exceptional skating coach. In a bottom pairing role, imho I'm sure he could be effective? I he's in a top 4,he gets over welmed again imho! I think that Q in Chicago would be able to get him going, or maybe Hitch in Dallas?

Yes, Franson, with sheltered minutes is a good defenseman. Give him any more than like 15 minutes and he goes right in the pooper.

Jets never got to see Myers and Trouba in the line up together last year. If the Kulikov signing is as bad as some think and Enstrom continues to fall off, we will need Myers!!! I don't expect much from Poolman for at least 6 months to a year after having double shoulder surgery.
