I think Bailey is going to be a 3rd line winger and not a top 6; haven't seen enough of Baptiste in the NHL to judge; I think Middlestat cries center with his skating, playmaking, hands and scoring. Eichel light

if he is our 3C i think we finally have a quality team to make a deep run.. it would be nice to keep him at C so we can run 3 solid lines.. even if he is better than one of the other top 6 wingers

They bring the same amount of scoring, basically, but Kane has stronger forecheck game, and he's a year younger.

What professional scout attached him to Larsson, except more talented? Maybe someone did but I don't recall. Just because he is from Sweden and a center doesn't mean he is stuck with Larsson at his hip.

I think they keep him and Reinhart is long gone before then. Middlestadt may play wing for a while but end up at center.

Time to strike when no one is looking then, I see a 5th or 6th place finish.

I wouldn't pay either.

We don't need another 6 mil winger.

Let one of the 5 or 6 guys we have in the system play with Jack and get 40-50 points.

The trade was Kane and pick for Tatar, so in that would not be "another" 6mil winger, but replacing Kane (5.25) with a 6mil guy, but as later messages show, Tatar only wanted 5.25, so it would be even for years to come. Not saying Sabres should do it, just clarifying as I see it.

I think Jack needs a true top 3 sniper winger. Dont care what we pay him, we need it and they will both tear it up. Maybe that winger is Okposo as they (Eichel and Okposo) have never played together on 5v5.
