They should keep Kessel and go for the three-peat, and then look at possibly trading him. - Hossa1881
Or maybe just not trade him at all because he's awesome? |

Darren Helm of 3 or 4 years ago would be O.K., but now we would need Athanasiou Or, I'm trying to figure out how to get Larkin from Detroit. - so_buzz11

Larkin's rough sophmore year is over, he will only get better, IMO.
He Is only 20! He can get even better in a lot of areas! - so_buzz11

How did Sprong do in the training camp? Thats a big factor in Kessels' future. - sammy87
Was supposedly a man among boys. I know he scored 5 of his team's 8 goals in the scrimmage.
I see him more as Hornqvist's eventual replacement. |

The day JR does that (along with trading Kessel and turning around to sign Gionta) we can consider the man senile. |

According to JR, ZAR can play Hornies game. I saw a highlight of him running over the goalie at the prospect camp......so yeah.....he's probably Hornqvist's replacement.
I could see Sprong coming up next year like Guentzal and scoring a ton of goals. And he never see's the AHL again. |

But was it "accidentally on purpose"? That's the mark of a true NHLer. |

That's just a myth. Everyone knows you canNOT get preggers by drooling semen onto your Va9ina.

I was just talking about as a RW, but stylistically yeah, it's Ashton-Reese. |

Being a Detroit fan, I'd think you would try to hype up Larkin not be down on him just because he had a bad year. It was a bit of transition for him, he played with a lot of different linemates and at different positions than his rookie year. He has some speed and is only 20! I would take him on the Pens, but not for what you sarcastically implied |

Ferland to sign with CGY for 2 years at $1.75M. Next up is Sam Bennett for them. CGY will easily make a deal or bridge deal with Bennett. Bennett is one to watch for the future, he will be very, very good! |

Normally I would be against trading kessel this season as we go for the 3 peat (and especially as the draft has passed) but for Duchene straight up I just might entertain it. |

That's a good question and a difficult one to answer. Based on the Pens' needs and the current roster, probably yes. In a vacuum, maybe not. I'm not as crazy about Duchene as many are. Colorado wouldn't do that trade anyway, but if they were close to being a contender they might. It is interesting to consider. |

I don't know if I would. If I did it would only be because of the age difference. |

He just isn't that good. Fast feet with limited hockey IQ. Hasn't shown that he can play center in the NHL. Doesn't create for others. Just a regular fast volume shooter. Basically he is like a Michael Grabner. |
