Zib will go close to arb hearing i think. probably end up being $5.65 for 5 years. rangers dont have that much leverage at the moment. Also, if you compare him to Johnson - which i do, in order to provide an equal contract(take home money) we would have to offer him around $600k more per year. TB has no state income tax - that is huge when you are talking millions of dollars.
