Not that I know any better... But why would they move Kadri off third line center duties shutting down 1st lines effectively while scoring 30 goals ? And move a defensively suspect, young offensive winger to a position he is ill-suited for ? Especially with the face off and shut down responsibilities of 3c? Way to throw away his greatest assets (scoring) and kill his development and confidence. Switch Brown and Nylander. Maybe this makes sense. And Komarov and JVR.

So brown 3rd line center? Just because he wrote him in on the 3rd line doesn't mean he has to play shut down. The Kadri line could still be the shut down line.
