Either way, he will be with one or two of Marner/Matthews/Nylander. I personally find Marleau to be a trigger man and with the way all 3 of those little poops can dish the puck I think we might be in for a good year of Marleau!

I agree with this. The best candidates to be moved are JVR, Bozak, Fehr, Komarov and Martin.

And on Martin, if Pittsburgh trades a 1st rounder - that gives St. Louis the ability to pick up the top rated European Skater for Ryan Reaves, it is quite possible that another NHL team will have interest in Matt Martin.

I'd like to think that Lou didn't pay Marleau $6M to play on the third line while our $2M plug plays on the first. I really hope that's not what happened.

Ugh. My industry holds a lot of tournaments at Station Creek (not an exec) and I can play that entire (frank)ing course with my driver, pitching wedge and a putter.

I don't think those kinds of considerations are going to come out of camp. I think they're gonna try to ice the best team possible contract status be damned. If anything, they'll try to preempt something like that and package leivo up in a trade.

I hate being between 50-100 yards out on my approach. I average my drives around 260-270 and with that course, that almost ALWAYS puts you in that range on the par 4s.
