Lehner will go to arb and sign a one or two year deal.
I don't see Botterill signing anyone long term (Besides Eichel) until after next season.
They already have half of the core locked up (assuming Eichel signs) and we haven't gotten out of the basement yet.

Galchenyuk missed 21 games last season (his second season was cut short by injury as well) he was on a 59 point pace which would be his career high the season before was his career high at 56 points he did score 30.
If you took his best season goal wise and his best season assist wise he would be a 30 goal 27 assist player for 57 points.
At this point I am not sure I would make the trade.
I think Reinhart can be a 20-25 goal 35-40 assist player.
With his agent and contract status I would rather keep Reinhart. |

That seems like a reasonable offer from the Sabres to Lehner. I would go as high as $3.5 ish, mayb $3.7 but that's it. On a 2 or 3 year deal.

Look at the goalie contracts that have been handed out.
Lehner is going to get a decent raise. He will be making over $4 million next season. |
