I dont disagree at all. Im just hoping moves are made to acquire prospects and picks is all. Thats how the leafs did was all with 1 year deals and it worked really well for them.

Idk really what u define a rebuild as.
Toughness at this point is not important without a set future competitive roster.
Til prospects develop its more auditioning & some stability than anything else.
I can see many more trades from now til 2019 happening.

Rebuild as in trading old assets for young ones.

Toughness is important if you have a young team so that kids like stetcher last year arent getting beaten on.

As long as he starts moving out aging vets finally or this players on short term deals I am fine. Not saying he wont but not confident in this groupl either.

Further to add to that is next season & the 1 after drafting more & developing prospects. Toughness from within is coming but D & the PP can be improved most.

Only when vets fetch good assets & needs.
Atm we have many wingers we've to see is here longterm.
At C & D is where patience is needed.

I guess the whole "Boston model" is out the window now. This team is softer than the 2011 squad at this point. Hopefully Sutter can show us how big his balls are this year, otherwise he'll be redundant in a hurry.

Massive roster turnover since JB arrived.
Finally he has the go ahead for the rebuild.
Drafting & trading has stocked our system better than ever before.

New coaching team with new systems will take a lil time to implement.
Patience & pain for a 2 years or so is to come.
Plenty of kids to groom & Utica finally has some talent.
