So what's the overall feeling of the Leafs after July 1st? I think they made reasonable deals. 1 year too long on Marleau but I'll accept that they will deal with it in 2 years.

Same. I was a little saddened to lose Boyle. I really dug him. But they got a replacement for a third of his cost.

Just waiting on a trade now.

We got a little better and a lot older.

But no long term deals. I can live with what they have done.

If they flip JVR for something on the back end I will be much happier with the Marleau signing.
