I've never really seen a team truly (frank)ed by the cap. Chicago I guess, but then they reupped Panik. Rangers, Wild, Blues, Kings, Caps all been said to be in Cap hell. Doesn't look like they're affected at all. Rangers added Shattenkirk and the Caps gave Oshie a monster deal. I'm sure Pridham was called about the Marleau addition.

a) they could totally do better in Be a GM mode in NHL 17
b) hockey is a sport played by horses that be statically analyzed by math
c) leadership and team dynamic can't be graphed so they can't exist
