I think we all agree that Matthews and eichel will get ~10M AAV.

We have the same debate with our Sam and your marner and Nylander. We want Sam to get a bridge deal at about 5M before a big 6-8M long term. Might cost us more in he long run but we still don't know if he stays at RW or back to 3C if rolling 3

In the same span the leafs paying Marleau the Oilers will be paying lucy..
