Yeah, I noticed CJ Smith was one of the forwards I counted. I guess it comes down to whether or not J Botts believes Smith, Fasching, Baptiste, Bailey are ready or if he wants them down for one more year.

It seems like he wants those guys in the AHL

Besides Smith, all those guys seem ready for NHL time though
I'd bet we sign at least 1 more UFA forward to a 1 year deal
