Yep. Kreider got 4 @ 4.65 as a wing. As a center and signing a year later, have to figure around 5 for mika.

If fast signs for 1.25 or so, and Klein is off books, rangers have about 5 million left to spend on center/forwards

Yeah he did. He likes it because of the 4 years. In his and mrn's defense they didn't want to sign him because they figured it would be a much longer term.

What Gorton just did with Shattenkirk, I have all the faith in the world he will bring in a center and it won't hurt the team. Obviously I was being tongue in cheek about Duchene, but there is no way they are going into the season with the only 2 NHL centers as Zib & Hayes

Reading his interview to, he wanted to be a Ranger so bad. He left a ton of money on the table to be happy. Hard not to cheer for this guy.
